Privacy & preferences

Your information, with purpose.

Stretch Your Potential is operated by SYP Enterprises, LLC. Updated October 21, 2026.

What is stored

Your reader account stores a selected routine, its exercise order, active practice position, completed sessions, favorites, and a simple check-in. Active members can view their last 30 completed sessions. SYP account sign-in is processed by Netlify Identity. Passwords are handled by that authentication service; SYP application records do not contain your password.

Forms and email

An inquiry records your name, email, topic, and message. Launch updates require a separate, unticked opt-in. A submission is stored in SYP. Delivery to support or a newsletter service happens only when that service is configured and the request succeeds. The confirmation says whether delivery occurred. Signed-in readers can view support replies for requests matching their account email.

Movement information

The starter screening answer is used only in the open page and is not saved to your account or sent to marketing analytics. Prepared routines use published SYP lessons. A temporary practice draft can be kept in this browser tab so opening a lesson does not lose your place; signed-in active sessions also save on the server. SYP does not request camera or microphone access.

SYP AI Assistant

Reference help uses the published lesson material. Connected conversational AI sends your question, conversation context, and saved routine to OpenAI only after you agree. Responses are AI-generated, not written personally by Matt. The API request disables provider response storage, but this does not promise zero provider retention; OpenAI may retain data under its service and abuse-monitoring policies. No voice or video is sent.

Conversation memory is off by default. If you enable it, SYP Assistant shows your latest 24 messages from the past 30 days. Older records are removed when you use SYP Assistant; they may remain stored until your next visit or until you clear them. You can clear saved messages and pending suggestions in SYP Assistant. Accepted routine adjustments remain in your saved practice until you change or delete them. The service keeps your account identifier, memory-off preference, and daily usage counts to prevent cleared data reappearing and to enforce usage limits. Usage records older than 30 days are removed during SYP Assistant use. Suggestions retain source and decision records for accountability; Delete saved practice and SYP AI Assistant data removes those records.

Membership and payments

When billing is connected, Stripe processes payment details. SYP stores the payment customer and subscription references, membership status, billing cadence, renewal/access date, and checkout references. Card details are not stored in SYP. Deleting practice data does not cancel billing or erase records needed for payment support; cancel through Manage Billing and contact support about billing-record deletion.

Storage and access

This website is hosted on Netlify. Account sign-in is processed by Netlify Identity, and structured SYP records are stored in Netlify Database. Account routes check the signed-in user on the server and scope every routine query to that user. The site owner can access inquiries for support and launch administration.

Retention and deletion

Saved practice data remains until you delete it in My SYP; SYP Assistant messages follow the shorter retention described above. Inquiries and launch preferences remain until you withdraw consent or request removal. Signed-in users can withdraw launch consent and delete records matching their account email in My SYP. You can also use the support form to request deletion; it is recorded for manual processing.

Minimal measurement

SYP counts Book Resources visits and routine starts/completions by day and broad source: printed QR, workshop, email, discovery, or direct. These event records contain no name, account identifier, email, IP address, questionnaire answer, or conversation. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control disable these browser events. Hosting providers may retain operational logs under their own policies.
